It is apparently clear that Kinuthia Mbugua and his Deputy Joseph Ruto for the past four years have been in Government have made Nakuru the best place to be.
You should not forget that the two leaders have a vast knowledge of the unit since When Mbugua was the larger Nakuru District Commissioner (DC), Ruto was its District Education officer (DEO) where they left indelible marks each on his capacity.

The duo did not know that they would once be elected to the posts but their election seems to be a mixture of Gods reward for the good job they did and confidence that residents have with them.
Prior to their election, the region was not only poor but also tensed and unfavorable for the 42 tribes but chose to emulate President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto who have also united all Kenyan communities.

Over 200 women from Langwenda said they will stand with Mbugua and Ruto because they are mindful to their problems.

The MP asked locals to elect politicians who are mindful to their problems adding that new aspirants should table their performance record to prove their capability.
This happens as NACADA chair John Mututho and former NTSA chair Lee Kinyanjui who are eying for Governorship face rejection from the public because they left no legacy.

“The two headed National offices but we as Nakuru residents have nothing to be proud of. They did not make any impact and so we will never entertain them but we want leaders who have proven that they can deliver” Joe Ngugi said.
